**EDIT** Swap signups are being kept open. Packages just need to be sent by Sept 19, so email me if you want to join in the Trick 'r Treat fun!
Source: http://www.flickr.com/photos/vintagehalloweencollector/- You will be sending two treats and one trick to be swapped out. At least two of the items need to be handmade. The third item can be store-bought, or you can make all three items. It's your choice as to what you make/buy for tricks and treats. Please do not send any food items. You just never know what food allergies your recipient may have.
- You have until August 22 to sign up. Email me at flwave@gmail.com. Your email should include your full name, mailing address and blog address. If you don't have a blog, consider starting one (they can be lots of fun). Or send your Flickr/Photobucket account, or other web address where you are able to post pictures.
- You have until September 19 to create your items and get them in the mail. Any packages received after October 1 will be returned to their owner. The timeline really needs to be adhered to in order for everything to go as planned.
- Please mark which items are treats and which are tricks. And since you never know what you're going to get, or from whom, on Halloween, don't put your name, email or blog on any of the items or their wrappings. That will be half of the fun when we go Trick 'r Treating.
- Be sure to pack your items well, and remember that I will be reusing these boxes for return shipping. Also include $5.00 for return postage. International spirits are welcome to play too. We'll figure out what international postage will cost for you, and you can send that amount through PayPal.
- When all of the packages are received, I will go through and randomly swap out two treats and one trick for each participant.
- Your return packages will be sent to you by October 10.
- Hopefully, everyone should receive their packages within two weeks allowing time for you to photograph your sweet (or sinister) items.
- By October 30, we will all post pictures of our Tricks and Treats on our blogs. Post what you made, as well as what you received. Try and plan ahead to get your post ready. You can always upload early and schedule it to post on the 30th.
- On October 31, we'll make the rounds Trick ’r Treating looking for our goodies. I will have the links to everyone participating posted on my blog, so start Trick ’r Treating there. I will try and get photos taken of all of the tricks and treats to post a few days later on my blog.

This sounds like a fun swap! You're so creative, Christine! I don't have a blog (yet), so I'm checking to see if I have a Flickr account.(I do have Facebook!) I'd like to participate so will get back after I figure this out. I really LOVE this kind of "random-ish" swap!! And I LOVE Halloween too!
Really enjoying the AYOC/ATC Swap!

eep- I haven't participated in a Halloween swap... this sounds like fun though. *biting nails* Am I up to the challenge?? Let me get back to you before the 22nd, and think about what in the world I would create. I wouldn't want to disappoint my partner!
Ooh, what a shame I missed this one. Halloween is my favourite too! Hope you do this next year as I'll definitely want to join in then!
